My Grandfather's His Master's Voice fridge, circa...
Above is a 1950’s His Master’s Voice (HMV) fridge and was owned by my late grandfather (Pop). Ever since I was a small child he would say to me “One day Simon, that fridge will be yours.” He passed away 6 years ago, then recently my Nanna has moved out of their house into an aged care facility and now their house of 35 years is empty. I only have 30 albums on my iPhone at a time.
I love music, I have a 32GB iPhone and I have over 700+ artists in my iTunes.  For most people with a similar amount of space and music collection their portable music player would be full of music, not for me though. I like to put a personal limit on the amount of music I carry, 30 albums by 30 artists.  Why?  It’s a way of forcing myself to listen to albums in full, as I always believe...
